ഒരു വിധം എല്ലാതിന്റെയും ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ്റ്‌ കിട്ടുന്ന സ്ഥലമായി കുന്നംങ്കുളം അറിയപെട്ടിരുന്നു.. ഒരു സമയത്ത്.. (അന്ന് തവൂസിലും, ഭാവനയിലും,  'ഗീത'യിലുമൊക്കെ സിനിമ കാണാന്‍ ധാരാളം ആളുകള്‍ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.. )

എന്തായാലും.. ആ ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ്റ്‌ മതിപ്പ് നഷ്ടപെട്ടത് മഹാരാഷ്ട്രയിലെ   ( औरंगाबाद ) Aurangabaad -ല്‍ എത്തിയപ്പോഴായിരുന്നു...

അവിടെ 1680 കളില്‍  മുഖല്‍ ചക്രവര്‍ത്തി Aurangazeb  ന്റെ  മകന്‍  Azam Shah ,  TAJMAHAL   - ന്റെ Duplicate ഉണ്ടാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.     Bibi ka Maqbara  എന്നാണു ഇത് ariyapedunnathu..   

 Bibi ka Maqbara   (ഭാര്യയുടെ ശവകുടീരം...) was built in memory of his mother, Dilras Banu Begum, the wife of Mughal Emperor Aurangazeb.

ഇത് പുന്നയൂരിന്റെ സ്വന്തം കുട്ടാടന്‍ പാടം; ലോകത്തിന്റെ എവിടെയൊക്കെ സഞ്ചരിച്ചാലും പച്ചപ്പിനെ അളന്നു തുടങ്ങുന്നത് മകരക്കൊയ്ത്ത് നടക്കാറുള്ള ഈ പാടത്തിന്ടെ ഓര്‍മയില്‍ നിന്നാണ്.. കുട്ടിക്കാലവും കുട്ടാടന്‍ പാടവും എന്നില്‍ നിന്ന് പിന്നിലേക്ക്‌ നടന്നു പോവുന്നത് ഞാന്‍ അറിയുന്നു.. നിസ്സഹാതയോടെ...

on the way to Delhi.

Few years back, We (Jobish & Myself)  had a Calcutta trip. 

From Calcutta, we catched Poorva Express to Delhi. The below fotos taken (around 5.30pm) from the running train.

കുറെഏറെ സ്ഥലങ്ങള്‍ യാത്ര ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിലും..  കേരളത്തിലെ യാത്രകള്‍ വളരെ പ്രിയപ്പെട്ടതാണ്..  

കാഴ്ചകളിലെ സുഖം  പലപ്പോഴും നാം കാണുന്ന നേരവും,കാലവും, രീതിയുമൊക്കെ അനുസരിച്ചാണ്..  അതിനാല്‍ അധികം പറയാതെ ഇതാ ഇവിടെ കുറച്ചു ചിത്രങ്ങള്‍!!!
